I want a refund

Unfortunately, all ticket sales through Ticketbooth are final as stated in the Ticketbooth’s Terms and Conditions of sale and there are no refunds on tickets except in accordance with the Live Performance Australia code of practice; for example, if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

However, you may still resell or regift your ticket to a close friend or family member and provide them with the receipt and ticket for them gain admission.

You can change your ticket holder details by visiting http://events.ticketbooth.com.au/ and logging in with the email used for your purchase.

You may also attempt to contact the event organisers directly to seek approval for a refund at their discretion. If your refund request is approved in writing by the event organisers, then will be more than happy to process the refund on their behalf.
