How can I upgrade my ticket?

Ticket sales are final and we do not issue upgrades, unless it has been specifically approved by the event organisers.

Because we value your security, Ticketbooth does not store your financial information in our system therefore we will not be able to create additional charge to your card for the same transaction.

We suggest you to contact the event organiser for ticket upgrade approval.

Once approved, please forward the correspondence to [email protected] and we can assist you from there.
